The staff at the reception, especially Zaid & Mahdi, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old City, allowing us to explore easily. The room we stayed in was cozy and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony offering a great view. the staff's multilingual abilities, including English and Arabic, made communication effortless and added a warm touch to our experience. We also enjoyed dining at the 4th-floor restaurant - the service was exceptional, and the Mediterranean cuisine was a delight to our taste buds. Overall, National Hotel - Jerusalem provided us with a comfortable base for our exploration of this historic city, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming stay with excellent customer service and a central location.
